No surprises here, and great to see 'silver surfers' proactively getting involved and posting their own content rather than just 'watching' what family are doing online.

This also goes a long way to highlighting the obvious business value to those with products and services aimed at an older market.  I STILL meet business professionals (particularly financial advisers) who tell me that there's no point in using Social Media because their clients aren't on it because they're over fifty, over sixty, over seventy or whatever.  And yet these same business people tell me that they've never actually asked their clients if they use Social Media.

True, not everyone is on Social Media, but more and more people right across the age spectrum are getting on board.  If you haven't already, now's the time to look closely at your Social Media strategy and how it can be tweaked for this exciting market.
