'Creepy' is often a word that appears in blogs like this, and clearly potential privacy issues will be a problem for many.

I remember the first time I searched for an hotel on Google, only to see a review in the result from someone I actually knew.  I thought at the time it was a touch creepy until I realised that on balance it was helpful and reassuring. 

And so the wheel of technology continues to turn, and it seems that we are only limited by our own imaginations as to how these tools and gadgets will help us to engage better with customers.

Bring it on I say.
