Social Media for CEOs and Leaders is an area which both terrifies and excites senior executives.  

I've also had clients tell me that some of their employees find their CEOs' efforts with Social Media to be slightly cringe-worthy, and clearly some leaders are using Social Media in an attempt to be seen to be 'down with the kids', but as a pure communication and engagement tool, it can be priceless.

When I was in the corporate world, many of my peers often wished that our CEO would be a lot more visible to our customers, and Social Media would have been a great way for him to do that had it been available back then.

The opportunity to create a persona online is important, and more CEOs would benefit from exploring the many options available to them.
