I firmly believe that whilst CEOs buy into the importance of Social Media as a communication and engagement tool, many still see it as a necessary evil, and would rather steer well clear - preferring to avoid potential for awkward conversations online.

Yet in this age of corporate transparency, engagement through Social Media is essential for CEOs and steering clear is simply not an option.  Indeed, it's a new skill set to learn, develop and practice.
